Well we do work with out of community people to get jobs done by trade, but do you mean in terms of becoming a Whitney resident? Mara has previously been fairly selective over who is recruited to become a Whitney resident.

Not the kind of science I ever did, but you need a methane digester. Did any of the farms in the area have one? They're massive, it's just not a reality in these times and that's okay because methane gas isn't the best kind of fuel to begin with.
